Tiffany Moffatt

Health and fitness coach, Tiffany Moffatt, exists to inspire others to be happy in their bodies, to live more authentically and to attract more joy into their lives through active living. Certified as a canfitpro (Canadian Fitness Professional) Fitness Instructor Specialist, Personal Trainer Specialist and Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Tiffany Moffatt is a fitness leader who has worked in the fitness industry for 35 years as an instructor, presenter, educator, personal trainer, fitness programmer and freelance fitness writer. As a PROTRAINER for the canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist Certification, Tiffany also leads regular training courses and mentors and certifies new instructors.


An active fitness instructor who leads various fitness formats from Boot Camps to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to Zumba and yoga, Tiffany seeks to share her passion for healthy living with others and to inspire them to achieve their personal best, whether that is in the gym, on the dancefloor or on the ski hill! Authentic living is her trademark and she seeks to inspire others to see their true, genuine, authentic selves, stripped away from diet culture, body shaming, comparison, body aesthetic and "bikini-ready" bull#!**! Her newest endeavor, Joybody Fitness aims to help people discover the joy in movement and become part a community of like-minded, movement loving individuals!


Co-author of the canfitpro Pre & Postnatal Specialist Certification course manual, Tiffany also specializes in teaching pregnant and postpartum women. An English major from The University of Western Ontario, Tiffany has been a regular contributor to Healthy Living Magazine, having written articles on fitness, nutrition, wellness, body image and active aging. She also writes her own blog, (available free here) featuring new and uplifting information and inspiration to help you discover the joy in movement and how to live your most healthy, positive, joyful life!
