Together we will help you discover the joy in movement by using exercise and healthy living as a vehicle to your dreams of achieving your happiest and healthiest life. It’s about fun, challenging ways to move your body and adopting a balanced approach to health and fitness!
$30 for one month of unlimited JoyBody fitness, including HIIT, Body Sculpt, Core, & Low Impact Cardio classes.
5 LIVE Classes per week plus 250+ on demand recordings in the library!

My goal is to change the narrative around health and fitness from one about sets and reps to focusing instead on the joy of movement. I want to help you discover what that is for you. Together we will build a health and fitness plan that helps you manifest your best health, vitality, nutrition, positive body image, and healthy relationships by finding joy in movement.
With 35 years of experience in the fitness industry and an unwavering passion for health and fitness, I thrive on coaching my clients to reach their wellness goals. I will work with you closely to keep you on track, motivated and excited about finding the joy in movement and bring you closer to your health and fitness goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be difficult and can oftentimes fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and an enjoyable part of your lifestyle. I strongly believe that discovering movement that you enjoy, that is fun and that offers you connection to community, can lead to a healthier, happier, more joyful you!
